Could not pass painting this scene, as I was walking to the National Portrait Gallery from the National Mall. Had to stop and paint the scene, with Capitol Hill in the background, a glow by the setting sun, framed by The National Gallery of Art, with the beautiful multicolored could coverage, and tree lined sidewalks.
