Eternal Bond

This painting is part of a series inspired by a fiction I'm currently writing. During this section of the story, Reia and the white horse developed an everlasting friendship over the course of their adventure together. She rescued him from the grasp of an insidious merchant who attempted to capture him as one of his trading goods. They survived a long and miserable winter while hiding away from the pursuers sent by the merchant. Finally, the spring came. She picked a couple of yellow daisies as gifts for themselves to celebrate their bond and joy.
