Looking out from a cabin in the hills outside of Silver City, New Mexico, I wanted to catch the colors of the sunrise off to the east. This cabin sits up on the side of the hill and provides spectacular views of vivid sunsets and sunrises. This was a plein air watercolor which I gifted the owners of the cabin as a thank you for their wonderful hospitality.
