Breathtaking
My group of artist friends, the PAC6, have traveled up to the Monterey Peninsula several times to paint along the gorgeous coastline. We hike through Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, along the Garrapata coastline and right there in Carmel. We travel inland and explore so many beautiful places. But this area is one of our favorites.
Garrapata State Park Bluff trail edges along the coast past the Soberanas Creek falls to Painters Point. From that peninsula viewpoint, the iconic twin rock formations stand strong against the constantly crashing waves. I never tire of viewing and painting them.
